Zhejiang Longhu Forging Co., Ltd. was set up by the management, technology and production backbone of Rui'an Longhu Company, which is located in Ganshan Industrial Park of Deqing County, easily accessible and near Hangzhou. Our floor area is 41,600 square meters, and gross investment capital is 50 million Yuan. The project is implemented in three stages: the first stage was invested in 15 million Yuan, and the building was started in June of 2004. It was completed and put into operation in February of 2005, which has two 300T moulding and forging production lines, one 400T moulding and forging production line, and one 1000T with 630T moulding and forging production line.

The second stage will be started in August of this year, and will finish at the end of December. There are eight different forging production lines, utilizing stove electric heating way of intermediate frequency. We extensively use CAD-CAM technology in product design, and mold design and making. Our company has many types of mould processing equipment, numerical control milling machines, numerical control lathes, spark-erosion machine tools, wire cutting machine tools, level grinding machines, planers and milling machines. We have strong product development and manufacturing capacity.

We have passed QS9000 and ISO:TS16949 quality certification.

We have various kinds of hardness checkout equipment, physics and chemistry analytical instrument and three coordinate measurement machine, and lustrous and transparent mere flaw detection plane.

So the products that Longhu Company offers are the first-class products. Our products mainly include brake supports of automobiles, ball shells, pull rods door hinges of automobiles, valve rockers of engines, bent axles, and connecting rods.

The model specifications of our products are up to several hundred kinds. Our customers include the masses of computer users at home and abroad. They are mainly distributed to our country - such provinces and cities as Shanghai, Chongqing, Sichuan, Hubei, Anhui, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Liaoning, Jilin, and Qinghai; Overseas - Germany, the USA, Colombia, S. Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan area.
